  • Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items.
  • Communicate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure timely task completion.
  • Help with resource allocation, onboarding coordination, and project logistics.
  • Track project progress against timelines and flag delays or risks.
  • Support in preparation of weekly and monthly project dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
