Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Leader to spearhead the growth and success of our Cloud Platform as Snowflake/Databricks offerings. You will be responsible for building and leading a dedicated team of experts, establishing Snowflake/Databricks as the preferred data cloud platform for our clients, and driving adoption and revenue growth through innovative solutions and client partnerships.

Partner with sales and client-facing teams to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for Snowflake solutions.

Lead the successful implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
•
Proactively manage client expectations and communication, delivering exceptional service and exceeding client satisfaction.
•
Develop and maintain pre-built solutions an accelerators.
•
Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities, exploring innovative uses and integrations.
•
Identify and develop new Snowflake-based solutions to address specific industry and client needs.
•
Build strong relationships with cloud platform such as Snowflake & industry partners to expand offerings and gain competitive advantage.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and user groups to promote Snowflake expertise and thought leadership.
•
Contribute to the broader cloud platform community through presentations, blogs, and knowledge sharing.
