Role: Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional or Techno-Functional) 

 

Experience: 6+ Years 

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

 

Required Skills & Responsibilities: 

  • Must understand Global HR module along with at least one other modules (preferably Payroll, Absence).  
  • Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module  
  • Preferred to have knowledge & experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.  
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.  
  • Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment 
  • Must have worked on at least two implementation projects 
  • Must be able to manage customer facing role 
  • Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs 
  • Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
