Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare sector, ideally with hands-on experience in CRM Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions by working closely with both business and technical teams. You will drive the analysis and documentation of business processes, ensuring the successful integration of cloud and CRM technologies into healthcare projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis: 

o    Collaborate with stakeholders in the healthcare domain to understand business processes and identify system improvements. 

o    Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for CRM and cloud-based solutions. 

o    Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. 

·         Project Support & Business Process Improvement: 

o    Lead or support CRM Dynamics 365 implementation projects, tailoring solutions for patient management, healthcare workflows, and data management. 

o    Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements using Azure and CRM technologies to optimize healthcare service delivery. 

o    Coordinate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather stakeholder input and feedback. 

·         Technical Integration & Azure Services: 

o    Collaborate with development teams on projects utilizing Azure services such as Blob Storage, Azure API Management (APIM), and Azure Repos. 

o    Support data integration efforts, including data migration to cloud platforms and the use of SSIS for ETL processes. 

o    Ensure successful implementation of DevOps processes using Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. 

·         Collaboration & Communication: 

o    Act as the primary liaison between business users, developers, and project management teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. 

o    Communicate project status, risks, and timelines effectively to all stakeholders. 

o    Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and UAT sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and project success. 

·         Documentation & Reporting: 

o    Create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and data mapping. 

o    Work with reporting teams to generate insights and metrics from healthcare systems and databases, supporting informed decision-making. 

Key Qualifications: 

·         Educational Background: 

o    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 

o    Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, CRM Dynamics, or Azure (a plus). 

·         Work Experience: 

o    Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector. 

o    Preferred experience in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a clear understanding of CRM workflows in healthcare environments. 

o    Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies such as Blob Storage, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Repos, and DevOps. 

·         Technical Proficiency: 

o    Knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS for managing data integration projects. 

o    Experience with Azure DevOps and building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines. 

o    Understanding of healthcare data security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR. 

·         Soft Skills: 

o    Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

o    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and solution design. 

o    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
