Role: Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant (Functional / Techno-functional) 

Role 1: Core HR, Absence, Payroll (UK / US / AMEA)

Role 2: Talent (Goal, performance)

Role 3: OTL 

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Job Location: Pune / Ahmedabad / Chennai / Bangalore/ Noida 

Required Skills & Responsibilities: 

• Primary skill: Absence, Core HR, UK / AMEA / US Payroll (Any one region)
• Must understand Global HR module along with at least one other modules  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.  
• Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment 
• Must have worked on at least one implementation projects with Fusion Cloud
• Must be able to manage customer facing role 
• Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs 
• Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
