Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery Leadership:
• Oversee the delivery of digital products and services using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Team Coordination and Facilitation:
• Manage cross-functional Agile teams, including designers, researchers, UX specialists, developers, and testers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage problem-solving and team success.
• Address team dynamics and promote alignment toward shared objectives.
• Delivery Oversight:
• Ensure the creation and prioritisation of a backlog of refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Use data insights to inform team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and progress.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive outcomes and establish delivery pace.
• Coaching and Mentorship:
• Support team members’ development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Promote respect, inclusion, and a constructive feedback culture.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify, own, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
