Technical Scrum Master / Delivery Lead

Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Agile PM in tech/data delivery teams. • Data Awareness: Understanding of the role of data in digital services, data pipelines, APIs, and data governance. • Technical Fluency: Able to work closely with architects and engineers on cloud-native solutions (Azure preferred). • Leadership: Proven ability to create high-performing teams, foster learning culture, and lead with empathy. • Public Sector Experience: Ideally in secure government environments, with understanding of compliance and assurance processes. • IAM Exposure: Awareness of Identity and Access Management principles, ideally from involvement in data access/security programmes. • Commercial Acumen: Experience with SOWs, supplier contracts, budgets, and delivery reporting. • Workshop & Facilitation Skills: Confident running retrospectives, risk sessions, backlog grooming, and problem-solving workshops. • Strong Communication: Able to clearly articulate delivery progress, blockers and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Desirable • Experience in data migration, data quality initiatives, or data governance frameworks. • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and data access auditing. • Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile methodologies. • Experience in IAM transformation or Zero Trust delivery environments.
