We are seeking a Change Manager to lead and coordinate all change management activities across the Zodiac Project and related programmes. This role is central to ensuring that changes are managed in a structured, transparent, and controlled manner, aligned with Defence Digital and MOD governance standards, while maintaining coherence with programme dependencies and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will combine strong governance expertise, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills to support effective decision-making and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Leadership:
• Lead and coordinate all change management activities across the Zodiac Project, ensuring a structured, transparent, and controlled approach to project and programme-level changes.
• Act as the focal point for all change-related communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across stakeholders.
Framework and Governance:
• Establish and maintain a robust Change Management Framework, aligned with Defence Digital and MOD governance standards, to manage impacts on scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, and benefits.
• Facilitate effective change control governance, including preparation of change documentation, impact assessments, options analysis, and presentation of recommendations to relevant boards and authorities.
• Support integration of change control with other project management disciplines, including risk, schedule, cost, and configuration management.
Stakeholder Coordination:
• Coordinate with project, programme, and portfolio stakeholders to ensure all change requests are fully assessed, authorised, and implemented in line with agreed procedures.
• Ensure all changes are aligned with wider programme dependencies and strategic objectives, maintaining coherence across the Land ISTAR portfolio.
• Support programme-level decision-making by providing timely and accurate change insights to senior leadership.
Change Tracking and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain a Change Register, tracking progress, decisions, and outcomes to ensure full traceability through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on the status, impact, and implementation of change requests to programme governance boards and authorities.
• Identify risks, issues, and trends in change management processes and recommend mitigation or process improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
• Promote a culture of structured change management and best practice across the project and programme.
• Identify opportunities to improve change governance, reporting, and integration with other project management functions.
