Essential

  • Extensive experience and advanced practical understanding of the range of frameworks that support successful product management (e.g. for prioritisation, product discovery, service design, business modelling, vision setting, monitoring and scaling product adoption)
  • Significant experience in applying user-centred service design practices to deliver or transform digital services and applications (both public-facing and internal)
  • Expert in the field of digital development – particularly using agile delivery frameworks to deliver value through multidisciplinary service teams
  • Proven ability to transfer and develop skills and knowledge into new areas at short notice

 

Desirable

  • Specialist knowledge of design and/or development techniques for digital services - including methodologies (design & user research) / platforms
  • (web, iOS, Chrome) / tools / environments / languages / technologies
  • Advanced theoretical understanding of agile project management practices and methods and managing interfaces with other projects & programmes 
  • Experience of leading user-centred, agile programmes the wider private / public / third sector digital landscape 
  • Experience of public sector procurement and contracting frameworks or supplier management
