The Product Management Lead will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Product Management function within Mastek. You will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategies, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring our products meet client needs while aligning with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for the Product Management function.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Product Management strategy aligned with the organisation’s business objectives.
- Team Building and Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers, cultivating a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Product Development and Delivery:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify client and market needs, transforming them into product opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and beyond.
- Ensure delivery excellence through strong collaboration with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring product strategies align with organisational priorities.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and priorities, building long-term partnerships.
- Operational Excellence:
- Establish and refine processes, tools, and frameworks to support scalable and repeatable product development practices.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and team performance.
