As a self-starter working in the Marketing team, you will contribute to implementing Marketing activities to increase brand awareness within our target audience across the UK and European regions and generate leads to contribute to pipeline influence. Key Responsibilities:
1. Events: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-person and virtual events. Manage logistics, promotional materials, pre/post-event communications, and on-the-day coordination.
Content Development: Assist in creating compelling and relevant content tailored to B2B audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations, working with our internal subject matter experts
Digital Marketing: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at engaging B2B clients through channels such as email marketing, social media marketing, SEO and online advertising
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges within the B2B IT Services and SaaS sector, providing valuable insights to inform Marketing strategies
Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of B2B marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation
Marketing logistics and coordination: Be the main point of contact for Marketing coordination at events, for campaigns and other Marketing activities. Maintain a catalogue of Marketing merchandise and branding collateral.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· 2+ years of prior experience in marketing and/or event management, placements and work experience during study will be considered
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French and German proficiency is a plus but not essential
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Asana) and CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics) is a bonus
· Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple projects concurrently
· Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities
· A team-oriented individual keen on learning and contributing to the success of the Marketing team
· Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to support the needs of the business
· A keen interest in the IT Services and SaaS sector and preference for B2B Marketing
