Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and delivery across complex, multi-team or multi-workstream environments, maintaining alignment to organisational objectives.
• Design and maintain robust prioritisation frameworks that combine user value, policy intent, technical risk, and strategic direction.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, influencing priorities and resolving cross-organisational trade-offs.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, raising product capability and maturity across engagements.
• Define and oversee discovery, alpha, and beta phases, setting clear learning objectives and decision criteria for each.
• Contribute to governance, assurance, and risk management at programme level.
• Represent Mastek's product capability credibly with senior clients and in external forums.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow product impact and maturity within client organisations.
