About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to oversee end‑to‑end technical delivery across multiple vendors and internal development teams. You will ensure high‑quality analytics solutions, manage delivery roadmaps, and lead the release of BI and data platforms used across the organisation.

This is a pivotal role focused on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable data products aligned to strategic technology goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage delivery across three development teams delivering BI, analytics apps, reporting services and data interfaces.
• Oversee build & release management, enabling frequent, safe releases into production.
• Drive prioritisation for new demand through governance and delivery frameworks.
• Manage technical risk, dependencies and interlocked plans across multi‑vendor programmes.
• Track progress and ensure delivery against budgets, timelines, requirements and KPIs.
• Shape and maintain the short‑ to medium‑term delivery roadmap.
• Work closely with BI architects to refine operating models and improve delivery standards.
• Own financial planning and forecasting across development resources.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in data & analytics delivery across the full SDLC.
• Deep understanding of BI/data warehousing technologies and Agile Scrum.
• Knowledge of star schema, Kimball/Inmon methodologies (desirable).
• Familiarity with ITIL and project/programme methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑vendor technical deliveries.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance delivery schedule, cost and quality across concurrent projects.
