Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Cloud Financials Lead Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of cloud-based ERP Financial modules. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and optimal business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP Cloud Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects).
2. Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping.
3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration setups.
4. Oversee configuration, testing, UAT support, and production readiness.
5. Collaborate on integration points and reporting requirements.
6. Act as primary client contact for financial workstreams and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Experience: 5–10+ years in ERP Financials, with 2–5 years in cloud ERP (Oracle Cloud preferred).
2. Hands-on experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
3. Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects).
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
