Senior Data Engineer – SnapLogic & Snowflake (Sr. Data Engineer/Sr. BI Developer-DA&A)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in data engineering and strong hands-on expertise in SnapLogic and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data integration and data processing solutions using modern cloud data technologies, with a focus on data automation and analytics. SnapLogic and Snowflake are key skillsets for this position and are mandatory. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines using SnapLogic.
• Develop and optimize data solutions using Snowflake as the cloud data warehouse.
• Build scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems.
• Develop data processing and automation solutions using Python.
• Design and implement efficient data models, transformations, and data workflows in Snowflake.
• Perform Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and warehouse optimization.
• Develop and maintain SnapLogic pipelines, integrations, mappings, transformations, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Schedule, monitor, and manage batch jobs and enterprise workflows using Control-M.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, integration issues, and production incidents.
• Implement data quality, validation, logging, monitoring, and exception-handling mechanisms.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, application teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure data engineering solutions follow organizational standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level data engineers.
• Contribute to data engineering initiatives within Data Automation & AI and Data Engineering - Data Analytics - DataBricks (Technical) environments.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development frameworks for data engineering and BI delivery.

• 10–12 years of overall Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SnapLogic for enterprise data integration and pipeline development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, SQL, performance tuning, optimization, and data modeling.
• Strong programming experience in Python for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M for enterprise job scheduling, workflow orchestration, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration patterns.
• Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
• Experience working with relational and cloud-based data sources.
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture and dimensional/data modeling.
• Experience with data pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Knowledge of cloud data engineering and modern data platform architecture is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with Data Engineering - Data Analytics - DataBricks (Technical) solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise data engineering projects.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment processes.
• Good understanding of data governance, security, and data quality practices.
• Must-have skills: SnapLogic, Snowflake, Python, Control-M.
• Important: Candidates without strong hands-on SnapLogic and Snowflake experience should not be considered for this position.
