Job Summary

The role focuses on ERP Supply Chain - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core SCM - Inventory Management (Functional). As a Senior Consultant - Oracle, you will lead functional design, solution configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM Inventory Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 7 to 10 Years.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work on ERP Supply Chain - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core SCM - Inventory Management (Functional) as a Senior Consultant - Oracle.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM Inventory Management modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain and inventory processes, translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud functional solutions, and provide best-practice recommendations.
  • Configure Inventory Management functionalities such as item setup, inventory organizations, stock transfers, reservations, cycle counting, and related SCM integrations.
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for inventory-related objects.
  • Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Conduct functional testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for inventory and related SCM processes.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements, reports, and extensions related to Inventory Management.
  • Advise clients on process improvements and optimization opportunities using Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM capabilities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and functional guidance to client teams and junior consultants.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM, specifically Inventory Management.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation or multiple support/rollout projects.
  • Good understanding of related Oracle Fusion modules such as Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with configuration, setups, and standard Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM processes and best practices.
  • Ability to create functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
