responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP Finance solutions with a focus on Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA) functional areas. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define end-to-end finance processes, ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and drive best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations.

- Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules, including Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
- Define and document end-to-end finance process flows and integration points with other enterprise systems.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud AP, GL, and FA to support design, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend optimal Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across all finance solutions.
- Review and validate solution designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration strategies, and reporting requirements for Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) by providing functional guidance, reviewing test scenarios, and resolving defects related to AP, GL, and FA.
- Provide guidance and oversight during production deployment and post-go-live stabilization for Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies in solution design and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants and team members on Oracle Fusion Finance best practices and architectural principles.
- Continuously assess new Oracle Fusion features and updates to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing solutions.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and asset accounting.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex solution scenarios.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for presenting solution options and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes within timelines.
- Experience in working within structured project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for ERP implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Finance modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in designing and supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting tools and financial reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion ERP Finance are an advantage.
- Ability to work with global teams and stakeholders across time zones.
