Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Implement and support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Learn, ORC, and HRHD, Health and Safety.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, configure solutions, and perform testing (SIT/UAT).
  • Support data migration, reporting, and user training activities.
  • Deliver pre-sales demonstrations, assist with RFP/RFI responses, and help design solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

 

Skills & Experience :

 

  • 8 to 10 yrs years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge across multiple HCM modules.
  • Experience in configurations, fast formulas, HCM extracts, BI/OTBI reporting is an advantage.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, especially for customer-facing demos.
  • Oracle certifications preferred
