Senior Consultant - Oracle (Hyperion EPM / Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle Planning-PBCS-ePBCS)

Senior Consultant-Oracle role focusing on Hyperion (EPM), Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Oracle Planning/PBCS/ePBCS (Functional). Candidate must have relevant experience of 7 to 10 Years. The role involves delivering functional consulting, solution design, and implementation support for enterprise performance management and planning solutions for clients in the United Kingdom.

- Lead end-to-end functional implementation and enhancement of Hyperion (EPM), Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Oracle Planning/PBCS/ePBCS solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Design and configure Oracle Planning/PBCS/ePBCS applications, including metadata, forms, business rules, calculations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle EPM and Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems.
- Support solution testing, including test planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Prepare high-quality functional design documents, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support for Oracle EPM and Planning solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional design and technical implementation.
- Contribute to solution optimization, performance improvements, and best practices for Oracle EPM and Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and status reporting for Oracle EPM and Planning projects.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing functional inputs, solution overviews, and effort estimates when required.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business and IT.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in global or distributed teams is an advantage.
- Adaptability to learn and apply new Oracle EPM and Fusion Cloud features and capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven functional experience with Hyperion (EPM), Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Oracle Planning/PBCS/ePBCS.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Planning/PBCS/ePBCS applications.
- Good understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, modules, and integration concepts.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud financials or related modules is preferred.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle EPM or Planning/PBCS/ePBCS implementation.
- Professional certifications in Oracle EPM or Oracle Cloud are an advantage.
