Job Summary

Experience of Power Platform (Apps, Flows, SharePoint and Dataverse) Power App (Canvas App, Code Apps, Model driven App) React.js will be needed. Good to have knowledge of Custom control connectors used in Power Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related components) in alignment with Oracle-based enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into robust low-code technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other applications, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Optimize and enhance existing Power Platform applications and other integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Power Platform applications and integrations.
• Support deployment, testing, and release management activities across development, test, and production environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and user guides for developed applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and business users, to ensure successful delivery of low-code solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage Power Platform capabilities for process automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 4 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise application development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse) in technical implementation roles.
• • Proficiency in designing and building model-driven and canvas apps, workflows, and automation using Power Platform tools.
• Experience in integrating Power Platform with Oracle and other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
• Good understanding of data modeling, security roles, and governance within Power Platform environments.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (such as JavaScript, C#, SQL, or PL/SQL) to support customizations and integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure services, cloud concepts, and DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Strong documentation skills and experience creating technical specifications and solution design documents.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform will be an added advantage.
