Software Engineer

  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Configure standard/custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and automation tools like Flows and Process Builder.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Write clear technical documentation and unit test classes to support deployments.

• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex and LWC.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security & sharing rules, and declarative configurations.

• Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce functionality through custom development and configuration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration approaches and APIs.

• Exposure to Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Certifications Required:

Salesforce Platfaorm Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory

Salesforce Admin – Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Nice to have



Education:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science.
