Job Title: ServiceNow Presales Technical Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Presales Technical Architect to drive solutioning, technical strategy, and customer engagement across ServiceNow opportunities. This role will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, enabling high-quality proposals, demos, and client confidence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for ServiceNow opportunities across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps
  2. Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define requirements, and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions
  3. Architect innovative, value-driven solutions aligned with industry best practices and ServiceNow capabilities
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and build compelling proposals
  5. Design and deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs showcasing platform capabilities
  6. Provide effort estimation, solution sizing, and implementation roadmap
  7. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
  8. Stay updated with ServiceNow product roadmap and emerging features

Technical Skills & Expertise

  1. Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and design
  2. Hands-on experience across key modules:
    1. ITSM (IT Service Management)
    2. ITOM (IT Operations Management)
    3. HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
    4. CSM (Customer Service Management)
    5. SecOps (Security Operations)
  3. Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
  4. Experience in workflow automation, scripting (JavaScript), and platform customization
  5. Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  6. Understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS) and enterprise IT landscapes

Presales & Consulting Skills

  1. Strong experience in solution consulting and stakeholder management
  2. Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
  3. Expertise in proposal creation, value articulation, and ROI positioning
  4. Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations
  5. Experience working on large-scale digital transformation deals

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
  3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
  4. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly desirable

Experience

  1. 8–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
  2. Proven track record in presales, solutioning, or consulting roles
  3. Experience working with global clients and complex enterprise environments
