We have reviewed all the profiles shared under the Data Engineer category. Just to clarify, our requirement is for a Data Analyst, not a pure Data Engineer.

Our key expectations are:

• Experience: 2–6 years
• Core Skills: Good SQL (mandatory), Python (good to have), Tableau or Power BI (good to have)
• Key Competencies:
  • Strong hands-on experience in ETL, data cleaning, and data analysis
  • Experience in creating and automating data workflows to support end-user use cases

We would prefer candidates with a strong Data Analyst / Analytics background and would like to avoid profiles that are primarily focused on Data Engineering with PySpark, Databricks, Spark, etc.

That said, we have shortlisted the Data Engineer profiles shared so far and would like to give them a try as well. Please check their availability and proceed with scheduling.

Among the profiles shared, Vatsal Choudhary's profile stood out to us the most, primarily because of his previous experience as an Associate Analyst at EY GDS, rather than his current role.

Some relevant experience from his EY tenure:

1. Supported Medicare Advantage and Risk Adjustment analytics programs, processing claims datasets covering 1M+ patient records to surface insights for US healthcare clients.
2. Developed 10+ SQL and Python-based data transformation workflows in Databricks, reducing manual data preparation effort by approximately 60% and enabling faster reporting cycles.

This combination of SQL, Python, data analysis, healthcare analytics, and workflow automation is closer to what we are looking for.
