Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 -10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, and batch processing.
  • Any Salesforce Industry cloud like PSS or Health Cloud experience is highly preferred.Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
  • Experience in building scalable integrations using APIs and working with middleware solutions.
  • Exposure to Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders effectively.

    Certifications Required:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Preferred/Highly Desirable
  • Salesforce Omnistudio developer - Preferred Any Salesforce Industry certification – Nice to Have
    Education:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
