Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (5+ years’ experience) to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, authentication frameworks, and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with LWC, Apex, and middleware integrations, while also guiding junior team members and collaborating across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Build triggers, batch classes, schedulers, test classes, and reusable components.

  • Implement integrations using middleware (Blaze), REST/SOAP services, and secure authentication (SSO, OAuth/JWT, certificates).

  • Support Lightning Out and external application hosting.

  • Use DocuSign or similar tools for document generation.

  • Apply SOLID principles, clean code practices, and ensure code quality (SonarQube).

  • Work with Agile tools like OKTA, Rally, ServiceNow, and follow SDLC best practices and release cadences.

  • Collaborate with architects, business teams, and external partners for solution design.

  • Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and integration patterns.

  • Experience with middleware integrations and enterprise authentication methods.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD.

  • Familiarity with VS Code, SonarQube, OKTA, and related delivery tools.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architect (preferred).

  • Experience in financial services, payments, partner onboarding, or clearing & settlements.
