This role is for a Senior Consultant - Oracle specializing in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud with a strong focus on UK Payroll and Absence Management functional areas. The consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring that Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud solutions are effectively aligned with UK statutory requirements and client HR and payroll processes.

• Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud UK Payroll (Functional) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Absence Management (Functional) to support complex leave policies, accruals, and entitlements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Ensure Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud UK Payroll configurations comply with UK statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform impact analysis, system changes, and enhancements related to UK Payroll and Absence Management modules.
• Support integration activities between Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution for payroll and absence processes.
• Provide expert-level functional guidance, best practices, and advisory support on Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud UK Payroll and Absence Management.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of HCM Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and support activities.
• Contribute to domain knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and accelerators related to Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud UK Payroll and Absence Management.

• Strong Oracle-domain understanding with specific focus on HCM Fusion Cloud UK Payroll and Absence Management.
• Ability to work independently as a senior consultant while collaborating effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex payroll and absence scenarios.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain functional solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud releases and UK regulatory changes.

• Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud - UK Payroll (Functional) and Absence Management (Functional).
• Hands-on experience configuring UK Payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, legislative data, and payroll flows.
• Experience configuring Absence types, plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and related workflows in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud.
• Good understanding of UK payroll legislation, statutory deductions, and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with HCM data models, fast formulas, and functional setups related to payroll and absence.
• Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong documentation skills for functional designs, configuration, and user guides.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, Finance, or a related field.
