Senior Consultant - Oracle responsible for delivering functional consulting services for ERP Supply Chain with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM). Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years. The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Order Management processes on Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

- Lead functional consulting for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) within ERP Supply Chain initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Order Management processes (order capture, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing).
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud OM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice process improvements leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration related to Order Management.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation for OM processes.
- Support system testing (SIT, UAT) by creating test scenarios, test cases, and validating outcomes for Order Management flows.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive continuous improvement in OM processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and other modules to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, risk identification, and status reporting for OM-related workstreams.
- Mentor junior team members on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management functional capabilities and project best practices.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP Supply Chain processes with emphasis on Order-to-Cash cycles.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable Oracle Fusion Cloud OM configurations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work with business users, project managers, and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address functional and process-related issues in Order Management.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment and manage multiple priorities in parallel.
- Experience in working in global delivery or distributed team environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM).
- Experience in ERP Supply Chain implementations or support projects with a focus on Order Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration options, setups, and best practices for OM.
- Familiarity with related modules such as Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable is preferred.
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, configurations, and test scenarios.
- Good understanding of cloud-based ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle.
