Job Summary

The Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain (Supply Planning – Functional) will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning solutions for enterprise clients. The role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, optimizing end-to-end supply planning processes, and supporting clients through deployment and stabilization. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning (Functional) implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze current client supply chain and planning processes and recommend best-practice Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service levels.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning modules, including planning parameters, planning rules, sourcing rules, demand and supply planning setups, and related functional configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for supply planning capabilities.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide solution options, impact assessments, and recommendations aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud standard capabilities.
- Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements related to supply planning.
- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user training materials for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning.
- Support system testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities, resolving functional issues and defects in a timely manner.
- Provide post-go-live functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning processes.
- Advise clients on Oracle Fusion Cloud roadmap, new features, and best practices in supply chain and planning transformation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge assets, templates, and reusable accelerators for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Finance) to ensure end-to-end process alignment in the ERP landscape.

Other Capabilities

- Strong business understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP/IBP concepts.
- Ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present solution options clearly and confidently.
- Proven experience working in global, multi-cultural project environments with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex planning scenarios and constraints.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Effective documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in both implementation and support/enhancement environments.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 8 to 12 years of overall experience, with significant hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain, specifically Supply Planning.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning, including configuration, setup, and process design.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or major rollout focused on Supply Planning or related SCM modules.
- Good understanding of related Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting/analytics related to supply planning (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools) is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as safety stock, lead times, planning parameters, constrained planning, and multi-echelon planning.
- Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or Supply Chain Planning are an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a project team.
