The role is for a Consultant-Oracle specializing in ERP Supply Chain with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM and Maintenance (Functional) in the United Kingdom. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years. The consultant will be responsible for delivering functional solutions, driving process optimization, and supporting end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Maintenance modules for enterprise clients.

- Work as a functional consultant for Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM and Maintenance modules, focusing on supply chain and maintenance processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP Supply Chain and Maintenance, and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM and Maintenance (Functional) modules in line with client business needs and best practices.
- Support full lifecycle implementations, including solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants to ensure integrated and scalable solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Perform functional testing, support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user manuals for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Maintenance processes.
- Provide functional support for production issues, enhancements, and change requests related to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Maintenance modules.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices in supply chain and maintenance operations using Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
- Support data migration activities by validating data, assisting with mapping, and ensuring data integrity for SCM and Maintenance functions.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and support activities.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Maintenance product updates, new features, and roadmap to advise clients on potential benefits.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and maintenance business processes in an ERP environment.
- Ability to work in a client-facing role, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Maintenance (Functional) consulting, with a focus on ERP Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM modules (such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management) and Maintenance modules.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation or major enhancement project in SCM and Maintenance.
- Familiarity with integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other Oracle modules and external systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for supply chain and maintenance processes in a cloud ERP environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and user training for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Maintenance.
- Good understanding of data migration concepts, reporting, and basic knowledge of Oracle tools used in Fusion Cloud implementations.
