Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR Functional Consultant responsible for delivering end-to-end Core HR solutions, supporting implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM for business stakeholders in the United Kingdom. Candidate must have relevant experience of 3 to 6 Years.

- Lead and support implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Core HR processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure Core HR functionalities including workforce structures, employment models, person and employment data, and enterprise setup.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for Core HR.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Core HR functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Provide functional support, issue analysis, and resolution for Core HR-related incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and process flows for Core HR.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions for HR stakeholders and end users.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and system usage within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, data protection standards, and HR governance requirements.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices in Core HR.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in configuration and testing.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement, requirement clarification, and status reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and Oracle Fusion HCM product updates.

- Experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically Core HR.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Core HR components and related setups in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Familiarity with HR data structures, security concepts, and role-based access in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for HR processes.
- Exposure to testing cycles, defect management, and production support in Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Oracle HCM-related certifications are an advantage.
