Job Summary

Senior Consultant-Oracle leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain engagements across P2P, Inventory Management and Costing, with a strong focus on Core SCM and Procurement-Sourcing functional processes. Candidate must have relevant experience of 7 to 10 Years. The role will act as the primary functional lead for designing, configuring and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to support robust supply chain operations, ensuring best practices, process standardization and high-quality delivery for clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain (Core SCM, Inventory Management, Procurement-Sourcing) workstreams for P2P, inventory and costing as the functional lead.
• Own end-to-end solution design, configuration and testing for Inventory Management, Procurement, Sourcing and Costing modules.
• Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to capture, analyze and document functional requirements and process gaps.
• Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities and propose best-practice process designs.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Core SCM, Inventory Management and Procurement-Sourcing functionalities, including P2P flows, item and inventory setup, approvals and costing rules.
• Drive integration requirements related to supply chain (e.g., finance, projects, logistics and third-party systems) in collaboration with technical teams.
• Prepare and review functional design documents (FDs), configuration workbooks and solution design documents.
• Plan and execute system testing, SIT and support UAT, including test scenario preparation, defect triage and resolution.
• Support data migration activities for supply chain objects (items, suppliers, inventory balances, costing data) and validate migrated data.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, troubleshoot functional issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, risks and dependencies for SCM tracks.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing, accelerators and best-practice assets for Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Ensure solutions comply with local regulatory and business requirements in Saudi Arabia where applicable.

Qualifications and Skills

• ERP Supply Chain - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Cloud : Core SCM - Inventory Management (Functional).
• ERP Supply Chain - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Cloud : Procurement - Sourcing (Functional).
• Demonstrated experience as a functional consultant or lead on Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain implementations, specifically covering P2P, inventory and costing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, inventory control, costing methods and related financial impacts.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation or multiple rollouts/support engagements.
• Familiarity with configuration, setups and best practices for Core SCM, Inventory, Procurement and Sourcing modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant Oracle certifications in Fusion Cloud SCM or Procurement are preferred.
