Oracle CPQ Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ solution design, development, and implementation.
• Configure CPQ modules: Commerce, Configurator, Pricing, Workflow, and Approvals.
• Develop BMQL scripts, business rules, and customizations.
• Design and manage integrations with Salesforce, Oracle CX, SAP, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise systems.
• Mentor development teams and ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support deployments, enhancements, performance tuning, and production support.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).
• Strong expertise in CPQ configuration, BMQL, pricing, workflows, and approvals.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end CPQ implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Oracle CPQ Certification.
• Experience with OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware.
• Exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes and global delivery environments.
