Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions across various HCM modules, ensuring seamless data integration, reporting, and custom development to meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIP and OTBI reports and dashboards.

Design and implement HCM Extracts for outbound integrations.

Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts to support business requirements.

Prepare and validate HDL files for data migration and bulk data loads.

Collaborate with functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning of HCM integrations.

Deliver technical support for Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Talent, Absence, and Learn modules.

Support automation of business processes through inbound and outbound data flows.
