Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Compesation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compenstaion ,The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities

    - Analyze business requirements related to compensation processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation configurations.
    - Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules, including salary, bonus, and variable pay components.
    - Design and implement compensation plans, cycles, and eligibility rules in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
    - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional solutions, and validate configurations.
    - Perform end-to-end testing, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for compensation-related functionalities.
    - Support compensation cycles, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and off-cycle compensation events.
    - Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams where needed.
    - Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides for compensation processes.
    - Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules.
    - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and audit requirements in compensation processes.
    - Work with integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other HR or payroll systems.
    - Participate in upgrades, patches, and new feature assessments for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation.
