Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Talent Management)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Advanced Talent Management modules. The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Core HR & Talent Management (Advanced) modules
• Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
• Configure and implement solutions aligned to business requirements
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design to Deployment)
• Support data migration activities to Oracle Cloud (validation and reconciliation)
• Execute setup/configuration migration from non-production to production environments
• Act as a client-facing consultant, ensuring successful project delivery
• Handle multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR & Talent Management (Advanced)
• Strong experience in implementation projects
• Hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, and client engagement
• Experience in environment migration and release management
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities

Good to Have

• Experience in Oracle Learning (Learn) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Knowledge of data migration tools (HDL, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Exposure to integrations and reporting within Oracle HCM
