Job Summary

An experienced Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The role involves providing functional expertise and consultation to clients, ensuring optimal use of Oracle solutions. The Consultant will lead end-to-end functional implementations, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-production support for Oracle Fusion OTL and Absence Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation on Oracle Fusion Cloud - OTL and Absence Management functionalities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their use of Oracle systems.
Develop and implement customized Oracle solutions to meet client requirements.
Ensure the successful integration of Oracle solutions with existing client systems.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration workbooks for OTL and Absence Management.
Configure Oracle Fusion OTL and Absence Management, including time entry layouts, time rules, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility criteria, in line with client policies.
Partner with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting related to time and absence data.
Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and drive defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for Oracle Fusion OTL and Absence Management.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on OTL and Absence Management.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle consulting, with a focus on functional implementation.
Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and Absence Management in multi-country or complex organizational environments.
Good understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes related to time, attendance, and leave policies.
Experience in conducting client workshops, fit-gap analysis, and preparing functional design documents.
Familiarity with integration concepts, including interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems for time, payroll, or HR data.
Ability to analyze time and absence data to recommend process improvements and configuration optimizations.
