Job Summary

Senior Oracle functional consultant responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance modules, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and additional coverage across core finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expense Management, Advanced Collections (AC), and Risk Management. Candidate must have relevant experience of 7 to 10 Years.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance implementations and enhancements for AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Expense Management, Advanced Collections, and Risk Management modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud functional designs.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules, including setups, rules, and workflows, to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Design and validate end-to-end finance process flows across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, asset management, and treasury processes.
• Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing for finance modules.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reports, and extensions related to Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Advise business stakeholders on Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices and process standardization in finance.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities and ensure system readiness for statutory and management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, projects, HR, and IT) to ensure seamless integration of finance processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing, templates, and reusable assets for Oracle Fusion Finance.

• Effective communication skills to engage with finance leadership and business users.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Senior Oracle functional experience as a consultant on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance implementations.
• Hands-on functional expertise in: - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Accounts Payable (AP) (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Accounts Receivable (AR) (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Advanced Collections (AC) (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Cash Management (CM) (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Expense Management (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fixed Assets (FA) (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - General Ledger (GL) (Functional) - ERP Finance - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Risk Management (Functional)
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance implementation as a senior consultant.
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting tools within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
• Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules are an advantage.
