Principal Oracle Finance Consultant / Finance Architect

Role Summary
Strategic role responsible for solution architecture, finance transformation, and complex multi-entity implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall Oracle Finance solution architecture for large programs
• Lead multi-country, multi-ledger, and complex accounting implementations
• Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Program Sponsors
• Drive finance transformation initiatives (CoA redesign, process harmonization)
• Provide SME leadership across GL, SLA, reporting, tax, and compliance
• Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and integrations
• Support presales, solutioning, estimations, and governance reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of deep Oracle Finance expertise
• Strong IFRS/GAAP exposure and industry accounting knowledge
• Experience working with integrations (Projects, SCM, HCM, Payroll)
• Excellent strategic, presentation, and leadership skills
