Senior Business Analyst and business change specialist to support new programme rollout, focusing on digital application and cloud engineering initiatives and functional business analysis. Candidate must have relevant experience of 12 to 15 Years. The role will drive stakeholder collaboration and communication to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes and effective adoption of new solutions across the organisation.

• Act as a business change specialist to support new programme rollout from inception through implementation and stabilisation.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for digital application and cloud engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration across business and technology teams to define requirements, priorities, and success measures.
• Facilitate clear, structured stakeholder communication (functional) to ensure understanding of programme scope, timelines, and impacts.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new and enhanced applications.
• Analyse current business processes and operating models, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement to support programme goals.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications for digital and cloud engineering teams, ensuring feasibility and clarity.
• Support change impact assessments, readiness activities, and adoption plans for new programme deliverables.
• Collaborate with project and programme managers to plan and track business analysis activities, risks, and dependencies.
• Work with stakeholders to define and agree business benefits, KPIs, and measures of success for the programme rollout.
• Support testing and validation of solutions by reviewing test cases, participating in UAT, and confirming that business requirements are met.
• Contribute to the development of training and communication materials to support business users during the transition to new solutions.
• Ensure that stakeholder feedback is captured, analysed, and incorporated into continuous improvement of programme delivery.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and governance standards for all business analysis artefacts related to the programme.

• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and act as a key liaison between business and technical teams.
• Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder forums.
• Proven capability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability to evolving programme needs, with a focus on delivering value and supporting change adoption.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on functional stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership and accountability for outcomes.

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale programme rollout or transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in business analysis, including stakeholder collaboration and stakeholder communication (functional).
• Experience working on digital application and cloud engineering projects or programmes.
• Solid understanding of business change, change management concepts, and their application in programme delivery.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and documentation using standard business analysis techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies, working closely with product, engineering, and project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, or a related discipline (or comparable professional experience).
• Relevant professional certifications in business analysis or change management are an advantage.
