About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Technical Specialist to join our Business Change & Transformation practice. This is a senior role focused on delivering business change, organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities across large-scale transformation programmes.

You will play a critical role in ensuring organisations are prepared to successfully adopt new business processes, technologies, and ways of working. Working closely with programme leadership, technical teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders, you will independently lead business change activities across multiple workstreams within complex transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business change strategies, implementation plans, and change interventions across programme releases.
• Conduct change impact assessments, training needs analyses, and organisational readiness reviews.
• Define and manage business readiness plans, go-live preparations, cutover activities, and change champion networks.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, programme leaders, SMEs, and end-user communities.
• Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that support successful adoption.
• Lead and coordinate business change activities across multiple concurrent workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Monitor adoption outcomes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement in change management practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 15+ years' experience delivering business change, transformation, or change management initiatives within complex organisations.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering change within Financial Services or other regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrable experience conducting change impact assessments, training needs analyses, readiness assessments, and communications planning.
• Experience measuring adoption outcomes and driving successful organisational change.
• Knowledge of PROSCI, Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, and DevOps delivery methodologies.

Desirable Skills

• Experience delivering change within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Experience working across distributed teams and multiple delivery locations.
• PROSCI certification or recognised business change qualification.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional business change, project management, or transformation certifications are desirable.
• PROSCI or equivalent change management certification preferred.
