Senior Business Analyst (Product Manager SFIA5 role) responsible for leading end-to-end business analysis activities, including documentation and functional requirements gathering, for digital application and cloud engineering initiatives. Candidate must have relevant experience of 10 to 14 Years. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and supporting delivery teams to implement scalable digital and cloud solutions.

- Lead business analysis activities across digital application and cloud engineering projects, ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives.
- Own and manage the end-to-end requirements gathering process (functional), including elicitation, analysis, validation, and prioritization of requirements.
- Prepare clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and refine product backlogs for SFIA Level 5 product management responsibilities.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
- Work closely with digital application and cloud engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and implemented as per agreed specifications.
- Support solution design by providing business context, clarifying requirements, and assessing the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and systems.
- Contribute to test planning and execution support by defining acceptance criteria and validating that delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
- Track and manage requirement changes, ensuring proper documentation, impact assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on analysis progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project managers.
- Ensure all documentation and requirements adhere to organizational standards, governance, and compliance expectations.

- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on digital application and cloud engineering projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, documentation, and functional requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with SFIA Level 5 responsibilities in product management or equivalent senior product/business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of digital applications, cloud engineering concepts, and related solution architectures.
- Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., user story tools, diagramming tools, collaboration platforms).
- Ability to define and document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications in a structured manner.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
