The AI & Automation SME – Data Engineer/BI Developer (DA&A) will design, develop, and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to improve MDM operations, data stewardship activities, support processes, and overall operational efficiency. Candidate must have relevant experience of 1 to 4 Years. The role focuses on leveraging data automation and AI, including AI test automation with Opkey and related tools, to enhance data management, analytics, and operational workflows in a scalable and reliable manner.

• Develop AI-powered solutions for MDM operations and support processes.
• Identify automation opportunities across data management workflows and DA&A processes.
• Design intelligent monitoring and alerting frameworks to track data quality, system performance, and process health.
• Implement GenAI, ML, and NLP-based use cases for data quality and stewardship to improve accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
• Build automated incident resolution and recommendation engines to reduce manual intervention and improve response times.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for operational insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for MDM and DA&A stakeholders.
• Collaborate with MDM, CDI, and CDQ teams to improve productivity and streamline cross-functional data processes.
• Drive innovation initiatives related to data management automation, AI test automation, and advanced analytics.
• Work with Data Engineer/BI Developer teams to integrate AI and automation solutions into existing data pipelines, BI reports, and analytics platforms.
• Support AI test automation initiatives using Opkey or similar tools to ensure robustness and reliability of AI and data automation solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in data engineering, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Document solution designs, workflows, and operational procedures for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

• Ability to work effectively in offshore, distributed, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvement opportunities in MDM, DA&A, and automation processes.
• Adaptability to learn and work with new AI, automation, and data technologies as needed.
• Focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in data management and analytics.

• Hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Automation solutions.
• Experience building GenAI-based enterprise applications and integrating them into data workflows.
• Knowledge of MDM processes and the data management lifecycle, including data stewardship and data quality practices.
• Experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud platforms (such as Azure or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts, BI development, and DA&A practices.
• Experience with AI test automation, preferably using Opkey or similar automation tools.
• Preferred: Experience with Informatica CLAIRE AI.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Informatica MDM, CDI, and CDQ.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Preferred: Experience building intelligent data stewardship or data quality solutions.
