Job Summary

Senior Consultant-Oracle with expertise in ERP Supply Chain and Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, including Supplier Portal (Functional), responsible for delivering end-to-end functional consulting, solution design, and implementation support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supplier Portal modules. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional consulting engagements for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supplier Portal, focusing on ERP Supply Chain processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supplier Portal solutions to align with client business needs and best practices.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for procurement and supplier portal functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, supplier collaboration, and sourcing processes.
- Provide functional guidance on integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement with other ERP Supply Chain modules and related systems.
- Support data migration activities for supplier, procurement, and related master data, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics related to procurement and supplier performance.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support for procurement and supplier portal users.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to solution enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices across ERP Supply Chain.
- Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and pre-sales discussions as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supplier Portal.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project governance, and documentation requirements throughout the engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience as a Senior Consultant-Oracle with a focus on ERP Supply Chain and Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement (Functional).
- Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supplier Portal configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes such as requisitioning, purchase orders, approvals, supplier onboarding, supplier collaboration, and supplier performance management.
- Familiarity with end-to-end ERP Supply Chain flows and their alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Experience in conducting requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for procurement and supplier portal functionalities.
- Ability to create functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supplier Portal.
- Experience in supporting testing cycles, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, for procurement and supplier portal solutions.
- Exposure to cloud implementation methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
