Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Review Functional Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Talent Review processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role focuses on translating business talent management requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring accurate configuration, smooth adoption, and ongoing optimization of Talent Review capabilities. Candidate must have relevant experience of 1 to 4 Years.

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Talent Review and related talent management processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Review setups, including templates, rating models, calibration settings, and talent pools.
- Support end-to-end implementation of Talent Review functionality, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design Talent Review cycles, succession planning views, and talent analytics dashboards.
- Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Talent Review features and integrations.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows for Talent Review modules.
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Review, including issue analysis, resolution, and root cause identification.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, extracts, and integrations related to Talent Review and talent management data.
- Support change management activities, including training materials, user guides, and functional walkthroughs for HR and business users.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and security standards in Talent Review processes.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve Talent Review effectiveness and user experience.

- Strong understanding of core HR and talent management concepts, including performance management, succession planning, and talent calibration.
- Ability to translate HR process requirements into clear functional configurations within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret talent data and support decision-making through Talent Review outputs.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, issue tracking, and continuous improvement of Talent Review processes.
- Ability to work in a global, distributed environment and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically Talent Review and related talent management modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM configuration concepts, security roles, and functional setups.
- Familiarity with HCM data structures, talent metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working on Oracle-Technical environments, with ability to collaborate closely with technical teams for integrations and reporting.
- Exposure to HCM – Oracle Fusion Cloud – Talent Review (Functional) configuration and support activities.
- Ability to create clear documentation, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality functional solutions.
- Good stakeholder management skills and ability to support workshops, demos, and user training sessions.
