Job Summary

Senior Consultant - Oracle responsible for implementing and supporting HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional) and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional) solutions for clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years. The role focuses on delivering high-quality functional consulting, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor and Fast Formula components to meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as a Senior Consultant - Oracle on HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional) and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional) modules.
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and related HCM processes.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL to support time capture, time entry, approvals, and time processing in alignment with client policies.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas for payroll, time and labor, and other HCM-related calculations and validations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for OTL and Fast Formula changes.
- Troubleshoot functional issues in Oracle Fusion OTL and Fast Formula and provide timely resolutions and enhancements.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides for implemented solutions.
- Support production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvements in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor and Fast Formula areas.
- Work closely with technical teams, other functional consultants, and project managers to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and internal teams on Oracle Fusion OTL and Fast Formula functionalities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven functional experience with HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional).
- Proven functional experience with HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional).
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or support of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor modules.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring OTL time entry layouts, time rules, time categories, and approval workflows.
- Strong experience in writing, testing, and optimizing Oracle Fast Formulas for HCM use cases.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM data structures, security, and reporting concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM (Time and Labor or related modules) is an advantage.
