Job Summary

This role focuses on Business Applications & Modern Work with a specialization in Advanced Integration to integrate with ServiceNow (Technical). The subcontractor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure digital application and cloud engineering solutions. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced technical integrations between ServiceNow and other business applications and cloud platforms.
• Implement integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms to support Business Applications & Modern Work initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into ServiceNow integration designs.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow integration components, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware connectors.
• Ensure integration solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with digital application and cloud engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies across connected systems.
• Support deployment, testing, and validation of ServiceNow integrations in development, test, and production environments.
• Provide technical documentation for integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve integration capabilities and modern work automation.

• Focus on quality, security, and compliance in all integration activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration middleware tools.
• Experience with Business Applications & Modern Work solutions and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages commonly used with ServiceNow integrations (such as JavaScript).
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or related ServiceNow modules is an advantage.
• Ability to follow best practices for secure integration and data handling.
