Job Summary

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Journeys, responsible for end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM Recruitment modules for clients in the United Kingdom. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM – ORC (Functional), ensuring alignment with client recruitment processes and best practices.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Journeys (Functional) to support onboarding, internal mobility, and employee lifecycle activities linked to recruitment processes.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate experience requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Oracle Fusion HCM configurations for ORC and Journeys.
- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and drive defect resolution for ORC and related HCM modules.
- Support data migration activities related to recruitment (candidates, requisitions, job postings) in collaboration with technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HCM Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Integrations) to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Journeys.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, user guides, and training materials for business users.
- Advise clients on Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC best practices, new features, and release impacts, and recommend process optimizations.
- Work with technical teams on integrations between ORC and external systems (job boards, background checks, HRIS, etc.).
- Ensure solution design and configuration comply with organizational policies, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication and user training for recruitment and journeys processes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with specialization in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).
- Hands-on functional expertise in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) (Functional).
- Hands-on functional expertise in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Journeys (Functional).
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes, talent acquisition, and candidate experience best practices.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM or ORC implementation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and related integrations is an advantage.
- Ability to create functional designs, configuration documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Recruitment Cloud are an added advantage.
