Job Summary

Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant specializing in UK Payroll and Absence Management, responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Candidate must have relevant experience of 3 to 6 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules with a focus on UK Payroll (Functional) and Absence Management (Functional).
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payroll and absence processes, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
- Design and deliver functional solutions for UK Payroll and Absence Management, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, payroll teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to UK Payroll and Absence Management modules.
- Support payroll processing cycles, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements specific to UK legislation.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and new feature enablement for Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across payroll and absence processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience as a Consultant-Oracle with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - UK Payroll (Functional).
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional).
- Familiarity with UK payroll statutory rules, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations and solutions.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or related modules.
- Preferred: Experience working with clients in the United Kingdom or similar regulatory environments.
