• Strategy development for Mastek UK & Europe, tracking implementation milestones
• Ensure the successful execution of regional strategic goals
• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential acquisition targets
• Support financial due diligence: review historical performance, build simple financial models, and benchmark against peers
• Researching, compiling data, and creating reports to provide analytical input for decision-making
