About the Role

Job Locations: Ahmedabad/Pune/Trichy

During Training What you will do:

• Undergo structured training in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications for 4 to 6 months
• Participate in ERP implementation projects
• Engage in customer-facing roles and manage client expectations
• Collaborate with global teams on enterprise-level solutions
• Adapt to different time zones and travel as per project needs

Post Training Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules to meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions.

• Support the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and performance.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• BE, B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT / CS / Computers) from a recognized institution

• Eager to learn and grow in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable with client interactions and dynamic work environments
• Flexible to travel and work across time zones
